Video consultation

How does it work?

CHINESE PHYTOTERAPHY

It’s thanks to Chinese phytotherapy that you’ll be able to have an online Chinese Medicine consultation. During a video consultation, your practitioner will attentively listen and observe, gathering sufficient information about your health concern to create a personalized herbal formula. This formula will then be sent to your home through a partnered Chinese herbal medicine laboratory.

FAQ

Acupuncture is not the core of TCM, nor is it the most powerful technique. Chinese herbal medicine and dietetics play an important role. During a teleconsultation, the practitioner can provide advice on lifestyle and diet and send a personalized Chinese herbal remedy directly to your home. If taken correctly, it will be as effective as one acupuncture session a week!

Chinese pulses are just one of many tests used to diagnose energy. By asking questions, but also by observing yourself (your complexion, your tongue), an experienced doctor can quickly get a clear idea of the diagnosis.

A Smart Phone, tablet or computer can be used for teleconsultation. You don’t need a ZOOM, SKYPE or any other device, just click on the link you receive when you make your appointment.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, locate the confirmation email you received after booking. Click on the “Delete appointment” or “Move appointment” link within the email, and follow the instructions provided in the Smart Agenda. If you cannot find the email, please contact me at contact@sebastienhantz.com. If you can’t find the e-mail, please write to me at contact@sebastienhantz.com

Following your video consultation, the remedy will be sent directly to the address you provided to your practitioner by our partner Chinese herbal medicine laboratory.

No. After the consultation, the partner laboratory will contact you by e-mail and offer to pay for the plants before sending them to the address of your choice.

It all depends on your problem. If it is chronic, meaning long-standing, or serious, it will require monthly follow-up. If it’s mild, one appointment may be enough. This will be discussed with the practitioner.

It’s entirely possible, but not mandatory. Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine complement each other perfectly. Your doctor can even get in touch with your acupuncturist to work on your case together.

By some, yes. Please note that Sébastien HANTZ is not a member of a convention and will not be able to provide an ADELI number (for France). You should ask your complementary health insurance if it reimburses “Alternative Medicine” or “Chinese Medicine”. In this case, you will be sent an invoice for the cost of the session.
